Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and industry trends.
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media channels to engage the target audience and increase brand visibility.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by planning and executing regular content and engagement strategies.
  4. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of the company website and content on search engines, driving organic traffic.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social ads) across various channels to generate leads and sales.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  7. Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and improve engagement.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  9. Branding and Positioning: Work on developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing are a plus.
  • Experience Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging content and marketing copy.
