Job Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and industry trends.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media channels to engage the target audience and increase brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by planning and executing regular content and engagement strategies.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of the company website and content on search engines, driving organic traffic.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social ads) across various channels to generate leads and sales.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and improve engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Branding and Positioning: Work on developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Certifications: Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing are a plus.
Experience Requirements
3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.Experience with SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and email marketing platforms.Proven experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.Knowledge of web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, for tracking and reporting campaign performance.Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging content and marketing copy.
